FAQ

At Zesté Skin, we believe in keeping skincare simple, honest, and transparent. Below you’ll find answers to some of our most common questions about our products, ingredients, and how to get the best results from your routine.

1. Are Zesté Skin products safe for all skin types?
Yes. Our formulations are gentle yet effective, suitable for all skin types — including sensitive skin. Each product is professionally developed to balance and support the skin barrier without unnecessary fillers or harsh actives.

2. Are your products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, all Zesté Skin products are pregnancy and breastfeeding safe, except for our Retinol Renewal Night Cream. Retinol (Vitamin A) is not recommended during this time.

3. Do you test on animals?
Never. Zesté Skin is proudly vegan and cruelty-free, formulated with plant-based ingredients and tested only on willing humans.

4. Where are Zesté Skin products made?
Every product is formulated and made in South Australia, in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency.

5. How should I store my products?
Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep lids tightly closed after each use to maintain freshness and stability.

6. Are your products natural or organic?
Our formulations blend natural & organic botanicals with clinically proven actives for the best of both worlds — results-driven, safe, and free from any nasties or unnecessary fillers.

7. Do I need to use every product in the range?
Not at all. Zesté Skin is created to simplify your routine — each product is multi-functional and designed to work beautifully on its own or as part of a complete ritual.

8. How long will my products last?
Most Zesté Skin products are large sizes and will last 4-6 months depending on daily use. Each item is made in small batches for maximum freshness, so you’re always using active, effective skincare.

9. Are your products suitable for teenagers?
Yes. Our Probiotic Brightening Serum and Clear Confidence Bundle are gentle enough for hormonal, breakout-prone young skin (13+). We recommend avoiding retinol for this age group.

10. Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our bottles and jars are fully recyclable. For our serums, cream and moisturiser, pop directly into the recycling bin. For bottles, Simply rinse and place them in your household recycling bin. We also choose minimal, eco-conscious packaging to reduce waste
